While everyone else was charging me an evaluation fee to look at my computer , this company said they don't charge anything to loI'm at it / run at diagnosis . I received a call few days later after I dropped it off, they said they'd order the part and have it ready in 4 business days. Punctual people and can definitely get the job done at a lower cost. I'm happy I found them

My computer was doing some funny noises..I brought my laptop, dropped it off, they called me a day later to let me know the noise was coming from my hard drive, I had expected that because my neighbor who sort of knows about computers told me the same thing. So, I was scared since I had all my baby born pics stored in there, they took about 8 days to recover my data, but I received every single picture back )over 1,000) i didn't want my computer repaired since it was old, they sold me a new laptop and they transferred all those pics to my new laptop and backed them all up to a service called carbonite. Very helpful guys and I'm really glad they were able to repair my hard drive

Effective. They replaced my keyboard in my laptop but not took a little longer than usual, they gave me a discount for that, would recommend

I'm an accountant and my PC stopped working completely yesterday, they took a look at it and they put me in for emergency service, I picked it up before they close and now I'm writing this review, it's working perfectly and I didn't lose any of my client data base. When I don't have my PC, I lose money!! thank you again!!

They had OK prices but they fixed the problem quick and gave me 1 year warranty. I called other places and they wanted to provide few weeks warranty.

Great customer servive. I really appreciate these guys. I had my laptop fixed with them a lilttle over a month ago and my computer had a different problem this time, they said they would work out a deal because I'm an existing customer, they fixed my laptop the same day and gave me a new battery for only $30, most places wanted to charge me over 90 for this battery! they gave me that big discount and I can assure you they will be doimg same great customer service to any other customers

Excellent customer service and smart people, my system was checked out by them and they didn't charge me anything because they said it was "too easy" not even a diagnostic charge. I came back home, plugged it in, and there it goes...working the way it is supposed to be. I'm still amazed. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this computer repair shop.

My life was saved, I didnt have to wait too long for my motherboard to be repaired, I was in Charlotte for few days when my system crashed, they repaired my system when others couldn't, I'm just very happy that I was able to work on my files that were due while I was in town, Overall I'm very satisfied with them< I wish we had a good reliable computer store like them in my town.

1 of my computer at my office crashed and I had several important files, I took my computer to this shop and they retrieved all my data, i thought they weren't going to be able to retrieve anything because smoke came out of my computer and a bad clicking noise coming from the hard drive! but I was amazed EVERYTHING was retrieved!

i took my computer in for repair to this shop by monday morning...i had it back that same evening! i didnt even ask for an expedite service or anything, thats just the way they work, my computer is actually running a lot faster than before, great prices too, will use them again

I normally do not post reviews, however given my awful experience with Alex Vellve I felt the need to warn any potential customers. My laptop was repaired almost 2 months ago. When it was time for me to pick up my laptop Alex Vellve was nowhere to be found. I would go to there office located on North Tryon and the doors would be locked. Several phone calls and e-mails would go unanswered for weeks. Once I was finally about to reach Alex, he did not offer an explanation or a simple apology for his lack of response. On three occasion Alex would set a time to return my laptop and would not show. After 2 months of playing cat and mouse, I was forced to involve a third party to assist with getting my laptop back.



I have never in my lifetime experienced such terrible customer service or have I ever been put in a position were I was considering legal action against a company.



Please BEWARE and DO NOT entrust your valuable/expensive possession with this shady character.



This company does not deserve any stars!

This company has been a nightmare. I gave them my computer over a month ago to do a routine repair. They promised it back in less than a week. For a long time they gave me reasonable sounding excuses and telling me that they would make it up to me by discounting the cost. Now they have stopped answering the phone and no one is ever in the office when I go there. I have gone by three times and called every day for over a week. I am afraid I will not get my computer back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The owner of this shop is very honest and reliable.Also very experienced technician.This is the shop you've been looking for.You won't disapointed.I'm so glad I took my p/c to Vellve System.Thank you so much Alex!
