This place is a joke the drug test for tobacco and alcohol for starters and he literally said I could understand if your leg had been blown off in the army because you have back pain you don't qualify for his help I can go on for 3 Days on how he's the biggest POS I've ever met if I can help this one person stay away from this crazy man's place then I served my purpose

The place has gotten much better. They used to have seriously bad customer service and the only reason people went to the practice was because the PAs and NPs and the back office staff was good. However, they have made major changes and the new staff is really nice. They return phone calls and our messages on the portal to the clinicians have been returned. The place even looks cleaner and much more organized. They are really listening to us.

"THIS MAN IS THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ACTING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF ENCOUNTERING. NOT ONLY TO ME BUT ALSO MY TWO YEAR OLD SON. THIS MAN IS A QUACK. HE DOESN'T LISTEN WHEN YOU SPEAK THEN SAYS YOUR APPT HAVE CONFLICTING INFO BUT REALLY ITS BC HE HAS SELECTIVE HEARING. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A DOCTOR. THIS MAN WAS SO RUDE THAT INSTEAD OF STANDING UP AND SLAPPING HIM. I WAS REDUCED TO TEARS IN A DR OFFICE. BY A SUPPOSIVE PROFESSIONAL. AND IT WASN'T JUST ONCE. MAYBE ITS BC I HAVE MEDIC AID NOT SURE BUT EITHER WAY I AM STILL A HUMAN BEING AND I PUT MY PANTS ON ONE LEG AT A TIME EVERYDAY JUST AS HE DOES. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS PLACE. IF YOU DO BEWARE OF DR HOFFERT. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. THIS MAN TRULY HAS THE WORST HIGH AND MIGHTY ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. TOTAL QUACK. LUCKY MAN THIS TIME BC MY SON WAS W ME OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO RING HIS JAWS. IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I WILL NEVER GRACE THEM WITH MY PRESENCE AGAIN. I CAN UNDERSTAND PEOPLE HAVE BAD DAYS BUT NOT EVERYTIME THAT I GO. ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAIT 2 HOURS IN WAITING LOBBY EVERYTIME WITHOUT COMPLAINT. "

Dr. Arronoff is absolutely horrible to ALL of his patients! I wasn't listened to, he spoke to his tape recorder & looked at his computer & barely took the time to look at me. He was rude, arrogant, & I waited an hour or more at each visit. He has the absolute WORST STAFF I've ever seen in my life! They are rude, disrespectful, lie about appt. times & you have to prove that you're not lying! Keep your appt cards! The office is dirty & very unprofessional. As a business owner I would never give a bad review because I know one bad employee shouldn't ruin the entire business review but this was over almost 2 & a half years & I continuously had these problems. So why did I stay? It was ONLY because of Laura Liston the NP I saw. She was wonderful, kind, caring, and helped me & that is why I put up with all the bad! I pray Laura Liston leaves this place because she is above this kind of practice & should have a better staff & sadly I dont think she has a clue how terrible they are to people! The staff wouldn't give messages, would lie & say they would call you back & never do it (but say they did!), lie about appt times, change appt to different providers & different times without even speaking to you. My other doctors couldn't believe the way things were handled recently & recommended I leave after the way I was treated while Laura Liston was on vacation. Record calls, keep text, vm, email, etc.
I strongly recommend if you want a clean office, with a doctor & staff who treat you with respect, who do their best to take care of you in a timely manner, listen & review your health records, work with you & your doctors to find a solution to make your life better I would NEVER SUGGEST THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE WHO IS A TRUE PAIN PATIENT NEEDING HELP! I'm being kind in what I'm saying, it's hard to truly explain how horrible it really is & from other reviews I see it's an on going problem. Leaving Laura was hard but it was way to stressful health wise dealing with EVERYTHING else!

I have been a patient of Dr Aronoff for many years. He is an excellent pain mgmt doctor!! I truly do not think I would still be living if not for Dr Aronoff and his staff (especially Kori) They have given me the ability to live a nearly normal life even though I suffer episodes of excruciating pain daily. A Big Thanks to these wonderful people and experts in their field!!!!

First, it took about 8 calls back and forth to your facility to get a referral form faxed to my OBGYN office. After finally getting that done, the next available appointment was 2 months out. Since your office is in network with my insurance I decided to take to appt. My appt was scheduled for 10-15-2015 at 9 am, 2 days prior to my appt. I received a call from a lady, who informed me that my appt was scheduled for 8am. I told her my appt was scheduled for 9am. She insisted that it was scheduled for 8am. I informed her that I have to drop my child off to school at 7:50 and would have never scheduled an 8am appt. Due to the length of time it would take to obtain another appt, I told her I would keep the appt and get there as soon as possible. She informed me that if it was after 8:15 they would have to reschedule my appt. and the next one available would be in December. Due to morning traffic, I did not get to the office until 8:25, so I walked in stating, "I know I got to reschedule because it’s after 8:15" The young lady sitting at the front desk, viewed my appt in the computer and informed me that my appt. wasn't until 9am. She asked me to wait, she went in the back, and then the lady who called me and told me my appt was at 8am came out. She informed me that I was late and that I would need to reschedule. At this point I realized that this was the lady that called me and told me my appt was originally scheduled at 8 when in fact it was scheduled for 9am. She told me well we needed for you to come in at 8am. I informed her...what she should have said on the phone with me, was my appt was in fact scheduled for 9, but could I get there at 8 or close to it as possible. But no, she flat out lied, and made it seem like I had documented the wrong time. (I think her name is Natia.) If that is her name, she needs to be honest with people. I found the office to be inadequately managed. I was extremely upset when I left. I declined the option to reschedule an appt. available in December! Natia has no regard for honesty or good customer service. I prefer not to deal with an agency that is going to cause me more stress which ignites my pain. It takes a great deal to get me upset, anyone who knows me will tell you I am a very optimistic and extremely tolerant person. There is no excuse for the extremely poor customer service I received. I would not advise NO ONE to go to them for pain management care. You will need Crack, Cocaine, Xanax and Weed when they finish with you!

I totally agree with the complaint above!!!!!! Dr. Hoffert is very rude and doesn't care if he helps or hurts you.....as long as he gets his money!!!! He is very rude and has no bedside manners at all. The only way I will go back is to see the other doctor. I was another one who left in a crying mess! As said before he puts his pants on the same way as the rest of us and I believe they made a mistake by letting him in the practicing office!!!!!
