Went there fri night was over charged there was a sign above said if we dont ask you you get 5 shrimp free when i told the girl at cash register she got very mad charged me any ways i ordered all u can eat they never brought. Any food around waited 45 min we finally got up i went to manger he keep saying i got you i got you sad to say he aint got nobody we left very sad there runing this place

Restaraunt is no longer the one I ate from for over 30 years. It is often dirty and the cooks are not even required to wear covering over their hair. I have seen them eating and drinking while on line. I witness one employee drink from the cup and refill the same cup from the drink fountain, placing the side she drank from on the fountain. I used a coupon for $3.00 off on an order, had paid and was waiting for my food and was told by the manager I could not use that coupon on that order. I told her it was not good customer service to ask for more money after I had cashed out. She told me I could pay the $3.00 or get my money back. I chose my money back and went to another Capt D's and used the same coupon. I told her with her attitude she wouldn't be with the company long and she responded she had been there with them for 10 years and wouldn't be going anywhere. I really hate to see the place go down like it has because my entire family has eaten there for over 30 years.
