I bought a pool kit from surf city pools on June 6, 2013 and have never received my pool kit. I have tried several times to contact the owner Joshua Moss to find out when i can get my pool and he will not answer my phone messages. I am very disappointed with the service, or should i say the like of service that i have received.

Will not honor a warranty. The manufacturersaid I meet my requirements.They said that surf city should let me returnthe item to them for a refund. But surf city says I have to deal with a company in Canada.I guess the got the money for all my purchases and I got stuck . I will never buy there again after 15 years and buying 2 pools from them
