First this has nothing to do with this store. This has to do with Suddenlink Customer service and their executive marketing/management of their long term and existing users.

They have promotions for new customers and we pay month to month for services with no contract. This means we are literally new customers every month by that definition. So why do I not qualify for that same pricing? This is bad Marketing and executive management on Suddenlinks part. Also, if you want anything to be resolved you must call the retention department or go to the store. you have no other choices because their corporate structure does not allow for customer service or technical support to assist in that way. Only the Retention department can assist you. I wish we had more options other than Suddenlink and Frontier, but it seems the kanawha valley is stuck with garbage solutions and high bills because ISP's like Suddenlink would rather play games rather than take care of their current customers. Don't get me worng though Frontier is no better. They recieved State money for a project to expand the States middle mile fiber optic cabling and still have no way to use it. That fiber goes to every school, State Police Department, Library, 911 center, and more all over the state and yet they cannot get thier stuff together on the consumer level. BTW Suddenlink could utilie this as well, but why spend more money on improvements wen you can make everyone just pay more. :Screw customer satisfaction, I can just gouge them into submission"... Terrible. Everywhere else where there are 3 or 4 vendors for internet their bills average $50/month. Here the average is $75, and it's BS. Good Luck.
