this is what ive been saying is the plberom this year if we have only 1 good lb gap defense is a mix for failure. to be honest gap defense only worked when suh was here, bc he took soo much attention from the oline. until we get better dline man or lb's the gap system wont really yield the results we liked or haved seen

She really helped me with my painful back. She also discovered I had a vitamin deficiency and helped me with those symptoms too. Great all around service if you want to feel better, then she's the one to go to. Sure glad I did.

I never knew chiropractic could offer so much. Dr Patty Carnes is so thorough and really helped me feel better. I wish I would have gone to her six months ago when my pain first started. Well at least I'm feeling better now. I felt relief after the first week of treatment and it just keeps getting better each week. I'm able to do the activities I use to enjoy.
