Great!!!! My family member was getting out of the hospital and I was able to go to their showroom, try things out and their staff was incredible at thinking of all my needs. Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Had a knowledge of any question I had. My mother was uneasy about her new experience but walked about feeling absolutely confident in everything.

I do not even give them one star because I have been trying over and over to get my medical supplies through them. In the beginning over a month ago, I was promised I could get my supplies. Then is when the lying began. I was told different things by different people, things they all knew they had never done. Don't trust these people, I learned the hard way. They do not like to answer their phone either , know who is calling. I told them to fax my information to another provider who will be providing. I will probably have problems with this too as this company is the POOREST company I have EVER tried to do business with. They never cared for me or my problem a bit, they used excuses all the time that the people I wanted were out of the office and they never called me back. Then on their advertisement they put on such a good face saying they are the best, well if they are the best I certainly would not want to see anything worse.
