It is hard to believe that this bank is still open. I would not be surprised if the government had to bail them out. I would never open a CD there. I was always scared that if I wanted to withdraw my money they would be out of business. Their employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all. All I can say is that if I was looking for a bank I would go with one that has more branches and better customer service.

Stay far away from Community First Bank in Charleston. This bank is AWFUL. Do not be tempted by their cheap gifts to open an account there. The employees are unfriendly and poorly trained. The lines are always long and it takes forever just to make a deposit or withdrawal at their drive through. They never have enough employees working behind the counter. How safe is that? Someone could easily rob this place and no one would see anything. I had to do a wire transfer at the downtown branch and I had to talk to the manager there, what a joke this guy did not know what he was talking about. He had to call someone about every question I had. All I can say is 2-3 years this place will be gone. Stick with the big banks and stay clear of the no name banks that no one has ever heard of....
