General Info
I primarily work with adolescents 11 years and up, adults, and couples. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, behavioral problems, marital issues and many other disorders. I just finished a two day intensive seminar on Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy for adolescents. I believe that each individual has the skills within themselves to work through problems in their lives. Through therapy these skills are brought forth and added to so that everyone can live the life they desire. I also believe in supporting the strengths of each individual and incorporating ones faith into their therapy. I have been working with adolescents, adults, and children for 5 years in both outpatient and in the home settings. I look forward to working with you and your family to work together toward the life you desire. Accepting BCBS/self-pay.
