We had a broken bathroom sink and a leaky/not-the-way-connected laundry sink. Dickie was awesome. Very straightforward, quick, reasonable price, didn't try to up-sell me. I would totally recommend him.

I have used Drain Express for many years for work large and small (including installing new sewer lines under part of my house, along with an external sewer pump). They have always been professional, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced.

Drain Express first helped me over Memorial Day Weekend when my sewer pump had failed. They got the pump working and restored service. When it happened again about 2 months later, we decided to replace with a better pump, and discovered the tank also had a crack and ordered a new one. Although there were some challenges with scheduling and getting all of the right equipment onsite, Dickie was great. He stayed in touch prior to arrival, and completed the job as planned on that day. He has since returned to install a better cap on the entire unit and I'm very happy with the end result. Even when things happen, and they always do, a great service technician with a super attitude can make up for those things.

I had a badly clogged drain in my kitchen sink caused by incorrectly installed plumbing by the contractor who renovated the building decades ago. Drain Express responded promptly to my request for service call and diagnosed the root cause of the problem. It meant opening up a wall to gain access to the drain pipe, replace it at the correct pitch, clean the remainder of the drain line and thoroughly tested the results. A complicated job done very well with courtesy and professionalism. The technician on the call was efficient and clearly explained the options, consequences and costs during the job.

I had a pretty massive under-slab water hot water pipe break. I called Drain Express plumbing near the middle of the day and with not much notice they were able to come by later on that day with all of their testing equipment. Within about a half hour, they had pin pointed my leak. I was given a quote to re-route the entire hot line in the house (which was under the slab) to an above attic line. They told me it would take one day. I agreed to the price and they started the next day. I left in the morning and came back near the end of the day. The entire place had been reworked and to my surprise was actually completed and functioned properly by shortly after 5pm. I know his crew worked pretty hard from early in the morning pretty much straight through the day. While he was wrapping up, he said that he noticed a small gas smell and pointed out a portion of my gas line that had been hit everyday with the sprinkler, had rusted, and at the joint was leaking ever so slightly.
