I just came back from a terrible experience at Radiance Nails. This morning, I had called and taken a 3:00 PM appointment and went there on time. A walk-in customer came in AFTER me and wanted a polish change and Tammy, the owner chose to put a long term customer like me who had an appointment on hold and take a walk in customer. They seated me in a tub of water for 15 minutes while they did the polish change for that other lady. I complained after 10 minutes and they still did nothing so I got up and left that place. This was completely unprofessional of Radiance Nails and showed that they have no value for existing customers and no value for their own appointments.
