Terrible service from ASI & Whirlpool!! I set up an appointment via the Whirlpool web site and got confirmation for service between 12-4pm. ASI called at 7 30am and said they would be there at 10. I said I had a confirmation from Whirlpool for the service window and it did not matter the GPS scheduled him to be there at 10. I complained to both ASI and Whirlpool at they did not care that they made a commitment.

ASI is a Whirlpool contractor and I am sure both talk about customer service. Neither of them care about the commitment they make to the customer.

Terrible company. They were assigned to us through warranty. Couldn't come out for a week. Then when tech arrived, he was very rude, said they needed parts. Didn't return for 4 weeks. Got the dryer working but 2 weeks later it started making grinding noises. Called them back said they couldn't come out for another 9 days. Over a month dealing with no dryer due to whirlpool assigning these guys to my job. Would rather go through another company and pay myself then deal with them.

My experiences with ASI is nothing short of amazing.
From the CS representatives to dispatcher to the technician, Anthony.
They all are showing the epitome of professionalism.
They called the day before the appointments and early morning of appointments they called to give me a 2-3 hours window and never deviate from that time-frame.
I have to give a special shoutout to Anthony, he gave a precise diagnosis, explained his reasoning and a few days later came back with the parts and the range worked as new since!
I will always use Whirlpool and ASI Appliance from now on!

My 3 year old oven hasn’t been working consistently since MAY!! ASI has been out many times and it takes forever for them to come, I have to block out my whole day to be home for them bc I can’t schedule a time.
4 different appliance guys have been out and ordered parts. Each time a technician comes to install he says the guy before ordered the wrong parts. They even ordered a part which was replaced in August and didn’t fix the problem.
-one day the guy knocked and didn’t ring the bell so i didn’t hear him and he left.
-One time the guy came and I had my cleaning lady meet him here bc I couldn’t leave work and he left a message saying that we must have set it wrong because everything works fine. It doesn’t work fine and he didn’t call my husband while he was here as requested.
Unfortunately, I am stuck with asi bc they’re the only ones in my area certified for jennaire. I am SO frustrated!!
May-November is TOO LONG FOR AN OVEN TO NOT BE REPAIRED! I have called and emailed asking for a manager or owner to call me and no one has responded.

It went pretty terrible. it, told me the heat fuse had been faulty, the dryer vent was clean, everything else looked okay, left. Everything went off without a hitch. It stopped working again a week later. Weird, since we fixed the faulty part. Called again, made a second appointment. The tech comes out, I take him to the laundry room. He confirms the heat fuse blew again, fixes it and said it was because my dryer was pushed too close to the wall(it WAS fairly close, but no more than I've ever seen other dryers). I point out to him that the dryer is not normally that close, and I had only moved it the day before to clean underneath it. He said, "well, then THAT is why it's not working." When I then pointed out it stopped working a week before I moved it and that the previous tech had said there was no issue with placement or any external problems, he became upset. The man started yelling at me and telling me I needed to listen to him because he was right. I'm a young, small, single mom, with three young children under the age of 6. They were terrified, as was I. I kicked him out and asked him not to come back. At this point, I had my older brother come over to take a look. He said to have the same part go faulty within two weeks, there must be a different problem like the thermometer or the heating elements. He tells me to call the company if/when it happens again. Before I used it, I moved the dryer very far away from the wall, just in case. It stops working. I call and make another appointment through the manufacturer. They say there are no other companies, it will have to be ASI. I say okay but request a different tech. Within thirty minutes I get a call from a woman in the office. She, in not very polite terms, calls me a liar, and tells me if I "continue like this" the previous visits and the next one will be very expensive for me, even though my dryer is still under warranty. I canceled the visit and scheduled to pay cash through a different company

I hope their company falls into shambles like it deserves to.

Guaranteed to arrive late if at all and not fix your appliance. Avoid! Insist your factory warranty be serviced by someone else. This guy couldn’t fix a ripped piece of part with tape much less an appliance!

KUDOS to ASI Appliance for having Johnathan Frederichs aboard! This young man is definitely an asset to ASI - he was prompt, had his tools in order in a special backpack, was courteous and knowledgeable about the washer. We are very impressed with ASI and this young man!

These guys are used by Lowes, so if you need a Lowes warranty repair done watch out. They do not show up for scheduled appointments. I talked to them the day prior to scheduled service, told them I was taking the day off work to be here, and they did not show up. From reading the reviews I think they did me the favor.

The ASI technicians don't come within the time they state, they are not knowledgeable on the newest appliances, they are rude and most recently Donald from ASI Hung up on me when I told him 12 to 3 was unacceptable after I was promised by Whirlpool that they would get ASI out to me first thing this morning 4/21 as close to 8 AM as possible because I have an ongoing issue that has caused me to be w/o a refrigerator since we bought it from Home Depot in Feb 2017. Do not buy Whirlpool refrigerators or use ASI for anything.

Stay away from ASI. 1 star only because 0 is not accepted. They kept my cooktop in repair mode for two weeks, only to tell me subsequently that I have to buy a new cooktop. One plate out of four was malfunctioning. After their visit, I found that two plates are unusable!!!
That is how they fixed my appliance. They probably wanted to make a better case for replacement of the cooktop. Bad real bad!

Customer service is terrible. Repair man is rude and incompetent. We spent 4 months with this company trying to get our washer fixed. Lowes sent them out as the warranty company. They never honored the 4 hour window that we took off work for. When parts arrived at our house that sat for quite a while before we "figured out" we better call someone because they weren't going to come out and no one informed us they were coming or what to do. Washer was not fixed. After 4 months we contacted Lowes and they sent out another company (Quality Appliance Service) who 'discovered huge mistakes, corrected them and the washer runs great, FINALLLY!
