Its fully air-conditioned facility offers nearly 25,000 square feet of office space and engineering, automation, quality assurance, assembly and computerized numerically controlled production services. Its in-plant capabilities include computer-aided manufacturing and design. Morsch Machine performs programming by using wire-frame and solid-model data. Additionally, it transfers electronic data with high-rate digital subscriber line and initial graphics exchange specification capabilities. Its electrostatic discharge room assembles and tests electrostatic sensitive components. Its twin-spindle machining centers provide high-volume production capacity. Morsch Machine offers light and complex mechanical, electromechanical and electrostatic discharge environment assemblies.
