We use Solidworks and GibbsCam Software to design and manufacture a wide variety of products used around the world. Machining Castings and billet materials are our specialty from small components to large parts. High performance quality machined parts from standard alloys to Exotic alloys. Including but not limited to: Aluminum 6061 and 7075 Brass and bronze alloys Delrin plastic Steels, 1018, 12L14, 4140-4340 alloy steel Stainless Steel 300 series to 17-4 Titanium 6AL-4V GSI International Inc. is a fully capable manufacturing facility that uses Solidworks CAD and GibbsCam Software to design and manufacture and wide variety of products. Xavier Gonzalez and his Managers, Anthony, Delaney, Scott. The Machining department has 11 CNC milling machines, 4th. Axis-capability. 3 CNC lathes, and one with live tooling. Rotary indexers, and 3 saws. 2 Bridgeport mills and a Moriseiki engine lathe. The inspection area has a Brown and Sharpe CMM. Gages, and measuring tools. Non Destructive testing service. Magtrol electric motor Dynomometer, various test tools, Ohmmeter, and Oscilloscope.
