      General Info
      Since our inception, our customer base has included Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Electronics, and Consumer Goods. Our oldest Customers include internationally known companies such as Allied Signal, Hughes Aircraft, Honeywell, and McDonnell Douglas. We presently occupy a 26,000 square foot building and have devoted an additional 6,000 square feet on the second floor to assembly and value added services.custom injection molding, AZP & Associates offers part design and development, concept to finished mold building, and prototyping. Our sister company, Arizona Polymers, is a full service plastic and machinery distribution company that was started in 1992. Subsequently, we can offer material compounding and blending, technical support, and competitive pricing on major brands of plastic resin and equipment. These services set AZP & Associates apart from other plastic injection molders in that we are a totally integrated company. We believe that current customers as well as potential future customers will benefit from these services through the highest quality parts at affordable prices in a timely manner. Some of our many services include: Custom Injection Molding Equipment Distribution Custom Blending Material Distribution Mold Design and Manufacturing Our molding operation currently has 9 new-model injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 400 tons, including a 150-ton vertical. Shot sizes range from 3oz. to 40oz. All machines are routinely maintained and many feature robotic and other auxiliary equipment interfacing. Total Quality Management has been our philosophy from day one. Over the years our QAP (Quality Assurance Program) has evolved to fit the needs of our customers. We employ Statistical Process Control (SPC) on all our key processes. The Q.A. Department is responsible for continuous improvement and measuring quality goals. We constantly keep updated through conferences and bench-marking.
