This is by far the most disrespectful, disappointing and unprofessional therapy place I have ever gone. First when seeking services, one is not given the chance to select the therapist best for them-they choose you. I also felt and it turned out I was right on-100% that the therapists in which I worked were constantly looking for an opportunity to tell me to "get lost." When I voiced my concerns to the therapists, I was totally ignored. However when my therapist had concerns with something I did he/she didn't like, they didn't think twice about being ignorant and nasty to me. When my concerns fell on deaf ears with the therapists, I took my concerns to the next person in charge in the correct, respectful way-the head of the practice. This person ignored me too! I would never treat anyone the way I was treated, but then I have always possessed compassion and respect for others. My ex-therapists don't know the meaning of the word!

The experience we had (my husband and I) was very disrespectful and totally unprofessional. First when seeking services, the client does not get to select their therapist-the therapist chooses you. The people with whom I worked I felt were constantly looking for that chance to dump me/us. The therapists weren't invested in our treatment, did not attend, respect and failed to show us any consideration. I was dumped one day told not to return and prior when we voiced concerns about therapy, I/we were completely ignored. When I took our concerns to the head person in charge of the practice, this person also totally blew us and our concerns off not doing anything whatsoever to hold the people who work for her accountable. Avoid this place unless you want more ignorance and pain.

Couldn't diagnosis an abusive Narcissistic Sociopath sitting in front of them. Seriously, WTF.... Records all wrong and false. He allowed abusive behavior to continue even playing cheerleader for the abuser.



Changed marriage therapist and was told my spouse was the most abusive individual he ever met in his 33 year career.
