OVER PRICED! 250.00...The air conditioner did NOT cool room properly! The unit was old and was only venting in one area.The Whirlpool Tub....though large....Had VERY Low jets (old model) virtually a large regular bath tub!We had noise until 1:00 in the morning both nights because of the people outside our room at the restaurant and wine bar.The Breakfast was a JOKE! Box cereal and bagels???? Is this the Days INN????$$$250.00 per night to have the convenience of walking in Chagrin Falls area NOT WORTH IT (especially...with all the bad points!!!)The front desk is not at all warm and friendly! They basically sit there on their computer looking at Facebook all day!We will NOT be back and we are Warning people that for $250.00 a night this was a HUGE Disappointment!
