This is my existing Dental Clinic then my dental insurance send me and my family a new card bearing a new name. It turned out that the dentist which I previously pick sold out his practice. Well, I made an appointment with them for a possible cleaning or filling. I was so disappointed with them, particularly with their dentist name Richard Yong. He sounds like an automotive shop scammer. He will not ask you the reason of your visit. He will just see your mouth or your teeth, then he will make derogatory comments. and he will say... we need to do this and to do that and to do everything he sees, which is not to the concern of the patient. then, they will make you wait. later the secretary will come and will tell you the cost of amount of the work that they will do which is in contrast to your insurance. They are there to make money not to tend and help their patient. I'm sorry for them. They instantly lost 5 patients.
