This is in regards to the service department. I've never bought a vehicle from them so can't comment on sales. Originally, we took our van to Campbell's but once they sold we transitioned to I-5. At first it was fine but since they have revamped the service department it has been one nightmare after another. A few months ago they quoted me a tire price then charged substantially more. I did get a small compensation check but vowed I would never buy tires there again.


Last Monday we took in our van because the check engine light came on. They did an oil change and diagnostic test and told me it was probably a low voltage on the battery. Probably? The test I paid for doesn't actually diagnose the problem? The following Saturday the check engine light came back on. We called service immediately and got an appointment for 8am Monday morning. Diagnoses was new spark plugs. Ok I'll pay the $450 because I need my van. They tell me they don't have spark plugs in stock. Seriously? Ok tomorrow will be fine. Today I called at 1:30 to get the status on the van. I was told they were working on it and would call when it was done. An hour later I got a ride into town to see if it was done. To my surprise it had NOT even been taken back. So they boldly lied to me. Then they want to do more testing for, of course, more money. Sorry, this service department is the poorest run service department I've ever had the displeasure of working with

It would be a big negative 10 if we were allowed to pick that.

We went to the dealership today after being contacted by their salesman.(we had done an online inquiry) after talking with Ben we were asked to come in today. We took a van for a test drive and after choosing that as what we wanted they began to work the numbers. We were still in negotiations with them telling us they would call us when they had a call from the finance agencies. They later called us and gave us a price about $56. More than we wanted we asked if they could lower it down and then we could make the deal. We were told no, then they said to hang on. We then spoke to Justin who works in the finance department. We were told by him to not contact the online sales guys, the Internet sales guys and that we were trying to steal the car that he had done all this work trying to get us financing and they were only going to make a thousand dollars on that deal and we were trying to make them go less than that. For us not to go back.

They have lost our business, we have taken our cars in for service and repairs and that WILL NOT be happening again. We were trying to support the local economy but will not be after being treated liked this and having Justin yell as us. After all on Friday it was supposed to be a done seal they had all of our info and we were supposed to just come pick out the car and be done. They contacted us in the first place. When asked who the owner was we were told Campbell's doesn't own them anymore and would not give us the name. I think the management or owners need to know how their employees speak to potential customers. They have lost us and anyone else that we talk to. We will be telling everyone we know and then some of how we were treated today.

I tell you what, I only normally write reviews for stuff I buy from Amazon.com, but this dealer is over the top. I knew that had a good reputation, but the Internet Department really impressed me. They searched all over the place for a rig I would like, brought it to my house, and did the paperwork there! They are straight shooters with a no BS policy. Absolutely no hassle, and we got a great deal on our 2011 Durango.
