They make it a pleasure to work with them. Mostly when getting a new car instead of it being an easy process it becomes a headache, thats not the case at Hertz Car Sales. If you dont want the whole sales pitch and just want a new car and a good deal this is the place for you.

I think some dealers are confused between new and used cars. I saw some used cars for really high prices at a few dealers. There was no way I was going to pay that so I figured I would keep mine for some time longer. I happen to stumble across Hertz Car Sales and went in. They had really nice cars at very good prices. The staff was helpful and nice. I happy I went there.

I was looking for a new car and had my heart set on a new mustang. When going to a Ford dealer I found out they wont finance me. I was upset about the situation but nothing I could do. A friend told me to try to get a used car and go to Hertz. I went to Hertz Car Sales, I told them to run my credit first and make sure they could get me approved, and the results were good. Ok now for a car, I told them I wanted a mustang but not sure if they had one. With my luck they did and also the exact color I wanted. Ok so its not new but a 2010 will do and I saved a bunch of money. Im really happy!

I got a car from Hertz Car sales and about 1 week later I had a blow out. I would think they did an inspection on cars before selling them so I went back with my donut on it. They were sincerely sorry about the entire situation. They showed me the report on the inspection and it came back clear. To make things right they replaced not only the one but also a second tire just to make sure I had 2 new good tire on the front. They gave me excellent service and im truly happy.

I had searched high and low for a car that would fit my needs but in my price range. I stopped going to the big named dealers and tried out Hertz car sales. They had an abundance selection and everything from a Cobalt to BMWs. I was able to also get more for my buck here then anywhere else. I got a fair price for my car and I believe they would do the same for you.

It only takes one bad experience, to never go back. However, it only takes one wonderful experience to always recommend and go back to that company! In my case I have a great experience and will not go anywhere else but Hertz in Medford. They have a wide variety of vehicles and great salesmen. I am happy to be a part of the Hertz Family! A great experience is when you call a company, an a pleasant person answers(Ty). They walk you through there website answers all your questions without meeting you (Me). I set an appointment to meet with him and he was just like he was over the phone, pleasant. I am so happy that Ty answered the phone did what he was supposed to an answered everything for me. Came down test drove the vehicle I inquired about, fell inlove, purchased it and was on my way. Thanks so much Ty for going above and beyond most.
