If I could give a zero star I would. Although the sushi is good the customer service is TERRIBLE. We ordered spicy tuna rolls 2 weeks ago (amongst other things) and everything was great. Tonight they show up loaded with crunchies. I am celiac and cannot eat crunchies. When my husband called and asked what happened they said it was always that way (was not) and offered to deliver 1 of the 2 rolls for free. I called back insisting they they deliver both rolls as that is what we ordered and paid for. After going back and forth on the phone (for $11 to make a customer happy) the "manager" called back saying they would deliver both rolls free of charge in 15 minutes.....they never showed up. We are loyal customers and were loyal Mt. Fuji customers....we will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN. There is a new place that has opened on Middle Country Road - we will officially be taking our business there. So much for wanting to keep customers with new management.
