Customer service is great, but the products are horrible and cheap. You will not get two pairs for $69.95. It will be more. Go elsewhere and get actual glass lenses, it's worth the money.

I had a need for glasses and I had seen there commercial. So I went there. Big mistake ! The glasses they gave me didn't help. I thought that something was wrong when they did the eye exam. The basic exam , the more extensive one was available for 15$ more. I opted for the basic. Which was sub standard to say the least. Turns out that I had cataracts, which they neglected to tell me! I will never go back there again!

WHAT A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THEY HAVE, and they do not honor what tell you!!!I took my son on friday they were very busy, so we looked at frames, and i ASKED the girl at the counter do i need an appointment,I'm coming back tomorrow (Sat.) she said "NO, if you get here by 5pm they will see your son. Fine right?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Not only did they not honor what their receptionist told me to do, they felt the need to get 2 others up there to 'Gang" up on me. I told them exactly what i was told yesterday, and the "Back up" woman told me its Saturday it varies" I said that doesn't make a difference your person told me i did not NEED an appointment since she works here I assume she too knows it "Varies' and should have told me or taken the time is what the issue was, to write my sons name in a computer. I have never been there before and honestly the way she said it I thought it was a walk in only place, i said as much and received a rude reply! I now have to take my child out of school the first day back after x-mas holiday, because thats the first appointment and they do not honor what they say!! I will be calling around to see if i can get a comparable deal elsewhere.. Also i just read the Sterling heights reviews and if Centerline is anything like it, i can expect nothing but a lack of customer service, and hidden fees!! no thanks!
