i wish i could leave one star. the place is rundown. no television service in the room. matted shag carpet on the floor. nonstop hippy music plays from the rooms next door, you are at the mercy of the other guests as to whether or not the music plays, and it plays, and plays and plays. the bed was hard as a rock. the hot tub area had gnarly spiders about. the tub itself was lukewarm with zero jets of any kind to provide that relaxing massage feeling that people use a hot tub for. they have a bizarre check in policy that leaves you a two hour window in which to arrive, so if you plan on driving any distance to get there, pray you don't run into traffic or road construction. once you arrive you can expect no greeting or front desk access if you arrive after the check in time. this was the worst place i have ever chosen to stay for the $ they are charging. i have stayed in dumps, but they were priced like dumps, & i knew they were dumps going in. this place is a dump.

These delicious rooms are themed and beautiful! You are litteraly in the middle of no-where. Each suite has it's private hot springs fed spa & cute kitchenette. It's not far from the little town of Alturus. Only about another hour northeast is the Lassen Lava caves which is great for a little adventure. My bestest girl-pal and I had a wonderful massage during our quiet stay.
