I ordered 2 Chalupas Spr and 1 Crunchy Taco with no beef, substitute from beef to beans and the cashier, Elisabet L, puts that on the receipt. I came home to find that there was beef instead of beans in that taco and I'm a vegetarian for religious reasons and if I had not checked that there was beef in that taco I probably would have vomited profusely and gotten severely sick (since I have never eaten meat in my life). I go back to get a refund and the manager, Heather Wilkens, doesn't give me the whole amount I paid for the food! She gives me the pre-tax amount, $6.37, instead of the total amount, $6.82. Poor management and poor training of the staff.

This place is sloppy while making orders. The 5 layered burritos were anything but. The Mexican pizza was soggy, under cooked and they didn't even cut it. The smothered burrito got sat in the bag sideways and it was just a mess. The burrito Supremes were small and to be quite honest, weren't made right. An employee stepped outside and said they were going to cuss someone. Never spending money at this location again!

Have been here many times and they have never messed up my order in the drive-thru! Fast, mostly friendly, and seemingly clean - and GREAT sweet tea!
