      Welcome to Outer Banks of North Carolina. Thanks for thinking of Kelly's Outer Banks Restaurant. For over 25 years, we have served neighbors and guests, 3 million and counting. Dine with us in our Nags Head restaurant and check out the various artifacts, 100% indigenous to NC. Or dine with us at home, choosing directly from our menu or a customized catering easily picked up or delivered. Special event? We are proud to be northeastern North Carolina's premier caterer. Outer Banks, its heritage, and our local waters are important to us. We feature local seafood, Outer Banks Catch, and coastal cuisine.
