As a newer mom and wife I wanted a place where my kids would have fun and be safe. The house I have now is better then I could imagine. One floor and three bedrooms. Having the wonderful staff in the office is a great benefit as well. Community Family and kid friendly events happening at least once a month. Great work CSME👍

Horrible place! Drug deals, child molesters, ghetto type atmosphere, horrible management, trailers that look as if they were abandoned and re-rented cause they could still stay up on their own. Some crazy dude walking around with a gun under his arm acting as if he's some sort of security agent, stray cats all over, and the people who live here..... Id call them white trash but I wouldn't want to offend white trash and its not just the white folks. Long story short.... Management smokes too many drugs to give a damn, pay them or leave! U have a problem it best not be with her dealer or her friends or u will be evicted.
