      WOW!! Great experience.

      Ross treated me with exceptional care. He really seemed to care that everyone was ok after my family was in an accident.I excepted this to be a very stressful event, but Ross took care of everything including contacting the insurance company. He also put me in a loaner at no charnge.When we picked up are car (2 days ahead of schedule), I was very emotional, car looked agreat, then I opended the door and saw that the entire car was detailed.Thank you ROSS!!
