Words cant describe how bad this place is. They are always behind 20-30 mins and when you do get in they cut your time down to make up for it and still charge you full price. they are in it for the money not to help people. Do yourself a favor and go else where!!

I had quite the opposite effect then the persons review above. the person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and pulled some strings to help me.

I am very disappointed with the Cedar Centre. First off their staff is extremely rude. I had the displeasure of dealing with a female named Lindsey. I have never been treated with such disrespect before. First off they cancelled my son's appointment a month before it was supposed to be held because of a balance of $62. I had called to cancel an appointment but they still charged me this balance. So because I couldn't afford to pay the balance right away the Cedar Centre decided to cancel my son's appointment. So I called them and told them that I still need a prescription for my son. Well they refused to give me a prescription because of that $62 balance. Mind you that this company had made thousands of dollars from all the appointments that my son has gone there for. So my mother paid off the balance because my son needs his medication. I called them back and now they refuse to give me the prescription because they had to cancel the appointment. Which wasn't until the middle of February anyway. I cannot believe the total lack of professionalism that this place has. I will not be taking my son back to the Cedar Centre under any circumstance, and I recommend that you do the same.
