We were in a pinch when we called but they fit us right in and the tech got our door up and running right away. He was very professional and showed us how to avoid having the same issue again. Highly recommend!

Their price was fair and very close to other quotes. I can't speak to their quality of work, but their customer service is atrocious. They came out for a service call and we were told the problem was different that what we were originally told and the cost was going to be about double. They did decide not to charge us a service fee, but we were blamed for the miscommunication. As a customer, I have never been treated so poorly in my life and that is why I would never recommend this company.

What a bunch of crooks. I bought three garage doors and openers from these people. After the flood of 2008 my openers would not work. They said water had gotten into the motors and negated the LIFE-TIME warranty. I had about 6 feet of water in my garage. The motors are 8 feet high. They wanted $600.00 to fix warranty items! My carpenter cleaned off the wire ends and away the motors went....in 30 minutes a carpenter saved me $600.00. I asked to have my service call money returned from these crooks and they refused to do so. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE KIND OF PEOPLE!
