- FireplacesWith exposed, open trusses, rustic stone accents, tiled outdoor living area with a peek-a-boo view of the lake, the results were astounding. The details in the covered patio, entrance gate, outdoor stone fireplace, and rustic kitchen all make a matchless Texas living experience. The scenery and home were so impressive it compelled one movie director to choose this ranch location for filming.
- New ConstructionOverall, we feel like we accomplished keep the old, downtown, main street type feel, all while updating and modernizing the old property, as well as the new construction.
- LandscapingThe first home is a 3,031 square foot home, built on the corner lot and has a beautiful “Farm House Modern” design. We tried to fit new construction into an older area of Georgetown which is rich with charming homes from the early to mid-1900’s. This was accomplished using the board and batten siding, as well as stucco and stone on the exterior. We utilized an existing driveway location for a detached garage, thus leaving the front of the house without a front view of the garage door. The lot has great depth and we took advantage of that for a large screen porch and beautiful landscaping. Due to city requirements, we were unable to add additional driveway space for the circular driveway in the front of the home. However, using a new product on the market, we were able to capture a driveway and additional temporary parking with a grass paver product that allows for this parking and driving. At first glance, all you see is a front yard with sod, but it is actually a circular driveway, allowing for the additional access to the front.
- DrivewaysThe details were amazing. The semi-circle driveway and manicured lawn welcomes the visitor to a prominent, though not-too-imposing front door. From there the visitor, enters on wood floors and spies a see-through fireplace visible from 3 rooms. The kitchen features a butcher-block island with exposed 100-year old timber beams throughout the home. The custom garage houses two cars with a 3rd carport-converted into a media room.
- Window Installation/ReplacementWe will build one at a time, paying attention to every detail to produce the best in construcion and design. All three will reflect the contemporary design and will be using modern techniques and materials. We like homes with ample spaces filled with natural light. Glass, large windows and doors will be an integral part of these homes. And natural wood and stone will be exposed inside and outside of these three gems.

- SidingFrom there, we did a completely new addition in the back of the building. We need more office space, but wanted to keep that old town/small town look. We added a two story building with the downstairs being additional office space and upstairs being a residential loft. On the interior, both up and down, we incorporated the same “Old Chicago” brick on accent walls, but a nice light modern feel. On the exterior we connected the buildings together with the same brick on the front of the new building in the back, as well as the farmhouse feel with metal siding and board & batten siding and a metal roof.
