- Medical Weight LossOur physicians and staff at Ridgedale Surgery Center are dedicated to providing quality, affordable care to the community in their quest to treat an array of eye, ENT and sinus, facial plastic surgery, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, weight loss surgery and chronic pain conditions.
- Primary CareAccording to a 2019 online survey, “colonoscopy was the most frequently preferred option for average-risk patients, favored by 96.9% of gastroenterologists and 75.7% of primary care clinicians.”
- Emergency CareWhen you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
- ColonoscopyMany patients getting screened for colorectal cancer (CRC) soon will not have to pay out of pocket for a follow-up colonoscopy to evaluate a positive, non-invasive CRC-screening test.

- ImmunizationsThe communication from front desk staff was very poor. My husband was told that both parents would be allowed in with our 1 year old for her procedure, as long as we provided proof of vaccination. When we showed up with our vaccine cards, we were told only one parent was allowed in, only to see another couple allowed back with their young son later on. I was also required to remove my KN95 mask and replace it with a loosely fitting surgical mask. I offered to wear the surgical mask over my kn95 and was told I had to remove my kn95 because it could be “dirty” and endanger other patients. Meanwhile, other families entered wearing their own surgical masks or cloth masks and were not asked to replace them. This facility is putting high risk patients and visitors at risk with these policies.

- Colon CancerIf you knew that you could help save more than 100,000 lives, would you do it? The American Cancer Society predicts that there will be 106,970 new cases of colon cancer along with 46,050 cases of rectal cancer this year, but many are preventable with screening.

- RadiologyWhen you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.
