Ok company to work for as a part time job. Pros: Pay every week with no problems and nice people. Easy work, and benefits. Gives you lots of time to read at most sites. Cons: Low pay leads to high turn over which means you will most likely be asked to work on your days off. Sometimes you will work during the day or night and be asked to stay after your shift because someone doesn't show up or no one was hired for that shift because of the high turn over rate. Must work there one year before you are allowed to contribute to their 401K. No Personal Time Off with pay (PTO) also known as Sick Time, no Vacation for the first 13 months and then you only get one week paid vacation and you never get more than a week no mater how many years you work there. Some guys have worked there 12 years and still make $8 an hour the same amount as they were hired 8 years ago, because this company gives no raises. Needs PTO, more vacation time, better wages and 90 days to contribute to 401K.
