I got a girl named Mandy who used to be the receptionist there and should have stayed the receptionist..I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted which was just an A line..but instead I got a chop job,hair color and so-called highlights, all for 170.00..when I pointed it out that this is not the cut I asked for in fact it was nothing like what I asked for Mandy became offended and very argumentative because I didn't like the chop job she gave me..beware people and read the reviews on yelp,I wish I had of.the haircut must be worse than I imagined because I work in a customer service setting and people are asking me who did that to your hair..thank god hair growsbet it looks so bad it will take a little while for it to grow back and hopefully people are reading the reviews so that they don't make the same mistake I did

I went in for a spiral perm last Friday. I was so excited and thought for the price I was paying that I would receive a quality job. Much to my surprise the quality of the perm on a scale of 0 to 10 was a 0. The perm came out horrible. One thing missing was the spiral curls. According to their brochure the spiral curl was to be from top to bottom. I came out looking like witch on a bad hair day. My hair is totally out of control. My hair has never been as horrible as it is now. The intent of the perm was to make my like easier instead it has created more work for me to manage it. I instructed the stylist as to what I wanted. She failed to listen to my instructions. Since my hair is totally unmanageable I may have explore my options. The stylist that created this mess is Lauren. I will never return to this salon or stylist. Based on the work I received I would give this salon a rating of 0. I would advise anyone from going there. It would be a total waste of your money. One star is too many it should get 0 stars.

Stacy Monroe's is a big city salon in a small town. I love it!!!

Had a 60 minute swedish massage with Felicia. She's very good if a little tentative. It would be nice if there was a relaxation room to use before and after massages other than the little reception area. I would use them again though.
