Waste of time

I went to Bright Now on a referral. I took 1 1/2 hours off from work to get to the appointment on time. After being made to wait for 35 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the doctor came out and told me that he couldn't do the procedure and that I would have to see a different doctor in Highlands Ranch. The appointment was 2 weeks after my referral, which included all of the details about the procedure, but no one thought it was important enough to take a look at it before I came to the appointment. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever visited.
