In-home and outdoor service with all equipment provided.Caters to seniors with In-home and outdoor service.Caters to moms by providing workout sessions at various playgrounds. Strollers are always welcome.No extra charge for nutritional counseling for private & semi-private clients.Will combine any services for convenience. i.e. half hour of a workout with 15 minutes of nutritional counseling and 15 minutes of Schulman Therapy, deep tissue body work.
