Great company if you want dialup speed and to be completely ignored by customer service. I would never, ever use this company if my business depended on the internet. Sadly, it's the only thing available in some areas so be prepared for the slow, lousy service.

This company gave us THE WORST service I have ever received from any company, in any sector, anywhere. After weeks of no service and spotty service, them accusing us of messing it up, making us bring in our router repeatedly, changing it out with used ones....now we got a call telling us we are out of luck and no longer going to be able to receive service as they aren't going to repair their cable at the tower on the mountain. No offer of credit for the weeks we've gone without service, no apologies, nothing but horrible service. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
