J.J. is the best. He is always customer service driven and pleasant to work with. However, I was in this store last week while JJ was out and the 2 rep's there, even though were only working with 1 customer each, did noteven acknowledge my presence from the time I walked in or while I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Now I try and call the store and get an answering machine to leave a msg ??? Really ??? Are we all that dependant on cell phones that we that we must beg to be their customer? Having been a business owner and extremely dedictaed to customer service, I question what loyalty and even consumer retention this Agent location has. I came here because of poor service at the Promenade store. Now I question the provider as a whole. This is in no way a reflection on JJ though. Verizon should look out that a competitor doesnt steal him away.

Try to serve the customer it will go a long wafterfter speaking with a Verizon rep they are sending out a replacement phone for free, sure it's refurbished but the couple just needed a phone not a cked off in Casa Grande!!
