We also conduct off-site training in Raleigh, Cary & RTP, NC.Triangle Pilates is the Affiliate Training Studio in North Carolina for Power Pilates of NYC, all of our Pilates teachers are trained through Power Pilates including 600 hours of apprenticeship as well as multiple lectures, practical, oral and written exams. Our studios are convenient to Raleigh Durham airport for those who need air transportation.
