      Horrible care when needed between appointments

      I have seen Dr. Byers for almost 3 years with no problems. My husband has seen him for over a year with no problems. While traveling between Florida and South America today, Dr. Byers was needed. A brand new Dr. here in Florida took time from her vacation to help me today. Dr. Byers Staff was amazing, but Dr. Byers refused to take a couple of minutes from his day to talk to me. I tried to talk to him from 1:00pm to almost 6:00 pm. I have never asked for a phone conversation in 3 years. I ...
