      You have to watch your account and make them keep to their word.I opened a Second Chance Account..Their are fees to set up as Following:9.00 set up account fee (One time Fee)..12.95 Annual fee for Master Card Debit Fee..9.95 Monthly Fee Without MONTHLY Direct Dep..7.95 WITH Monthly Direct Dep..A Lot OF Fees but if you're in need of a checking account with Debit card.This is the only bank that offered this for Someone On Chex Systems/Telecheck
