excellent service, would highly recommend. Fast courteous service, Fred found my problem and fixed it.
Have been trying to obtain the return of my broken harddrive that could not be repaired in close to 4 months ( May 5, 2011 to August 28, 2011). Will not reply to emails. Has not shipped broken harddrive and new 1.5 TB harddrive to put data on. Is currently not answering the phone in a week. Was paid $100 for data recovery that cannot be done. I am just trying to get my hardware back.
