I have the credit rating and financial means to afford the property and the rent on the lot but yet it was denied because I thought bankruptcy two years ago. If I can afford a place that they had on the market and even had a loan available to me to buy the trailer home I was denied this to me is discrimination

Jerry at Rt.21 was so patient and so understanding of our needs. He was prompt to answer or return any and every phone call and email. I would consider myself a very needy and very picky consumer and Jerry met our every request with a pleasant attitude. The homes are beautiful and these are great people to work with!
