I visited this store today 7/13/07 1:30 pm and while I was eating a rude employee started sweeping the floor all around me (dust flies away in the air). While myself & other customers were still in that section of the restaurant. He then chained up the section while we were still in the area. I rushed to finish my meal, asked the employee if he would remove the chain because I cannot lift my left that high (I recently had surgery). He threw the chain on the floor with an attitude and walked away. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for deciding to sit and try to enjoy my lunch at their store. I will NEVER RETURN. They lost a potential loyal customer. I walk across the street in an office with 100 other employees. I will pass the word of my terrible experience and to be aware of their unprofessional employees when they visit their store to purchase their meal. I am so disappointed.
