My energy level was a little low over the first week but starting my second week it was beginning to climb and by the end I had more energy than I did before I started. The trick for me was reading the literature and learning all the things I could have and how much I could have. Once I realized that I started finding things that I really liked that I might have never eaten if it were not for this program (Balsamic and Siracha roasted radishes). Having always been active, I was alarmed when I began to have severe pain in my right hip and knees. I had real difficulty in going up stairs, had pain throughout the night which made it hard to sleep and found walking painful. The over the counter pain relievers did not help. Surgery was frightening to contemplate because I have the full care of my disabled husband. I decided to try Chiropractic treatment first. Drs. I am happy to say that I am again active and pain free. They truly have a mission to serve the whole patient. I am seventy-one and I am doing all the things I need to do in my life with the highest quality again! I realize that pain isn't just part of getting older.
