I have been a customer for 12 years and dealt with poor service, pushy sales and terrible service at the El Camino Real location in Carlsbad. The people aren't mean, that just work at the pace of someone who makes a bonus for have the lowest number of customers served per hour. At this very moment I have been sitting for 50 minutes and have watched them help 3 people. We are now down to one service person because the other one went on break or something. This is rotten. Shame on you Time Warner. The only satisfaction I get is that I am cancelling and turning my equipment in and will never come back.

The wait for help in the El Camino Real office was over an hour. I am handicapped and could not find an appropritate place to sit nor could I wait over an hour for assistance.

I feel like a second class citizen because the only cable offered to me in Carlsbad is Time Warner. Yet, they no longer carry Padres games, nor do they offer the NFL package. My friends who live just across the lagoon in Oceanside have Cox and experience neither of these problems.

called to start new service..I had already confirmed Cox didn't cover the 92081 area in vista. They couldn't find the address in their system. Weird because all the other utility companies found it just fine. The lady told me she would have to submit a "servicability" order to find out. When I asked her when I would get a call back she said 5 to 10 business days! ...lmao "Fail Time Warner" I told her "Hello Satelite Dish" and hung up.
