Extraordinary Conceptions is absolutely amazing at what they do! I had a rather "unique" situation when I was asked to watch the surro-baby (for 3 months) I was carrying for a couple. Extraordinary Conceptions has never heard of a situation like that before. They took all the necessary steps to protect both my interests, as well as the intended parents interests. When the time came, they took their baby back home and are so grateful for everything! I couldn't imagine handling this type of situation without all the help from Extraordinary Conceptions!! Truly amazing! I want to point out that Jennifer Garcia was my coordinator and was so quick to always respond to my needs. Christa O'Brier Lynch, being a surrogate in the past and now working for the company, was so supportive and understood everything I was going through, good and bad. She was there for me when I felt I had no one else to turn to! Ying Bai started helping toward the end of my surrogate journey. She kept me in the loop for everything with my situation and the intended parents! I now have the pleasure to have Ying as my coordinator for the next journey I am about to take! I met many other people during my time there and everyone was so amazing and supportive! This is the closest community I have ever been with and the bond I've built with the employees, as well as other surrogates, is a special bond that I will never have with anyone else! If you are ever looking to donate eggs or become a surrogate, rest assured that Extraordinary Conceptions will be there with you every single step of the way!

Having donated my eggs 6 times, I have so many positive things to say about my experiences as an egg donor but particularly with working with Extraordinary Conceptions. Every time I donated, there were so many questions and unknowns that would come up. Extraordinary Conceptions was always phenomenal at easing any tensions or worries that I had. My case workers (and the office as a whole) responded to me so quickly and thoroughly that I never even had a chance to worry about the process. They were exceptional in that my case workers emailed me consistently asking how things were coming, how I was feeling, and if I needed anything. I really felt completely taken care of and in safe hands.

I love working with Extraordinary Conceptions, they are a wonderful company to work with. Especially Ying Bai has been so helpful and really positive. That's what helped me get through my worries about transfers and what to expect

For my first time donating, I'm so glad that I worked with Lan and Candace from Extraordinary Conceptions. I felt very supported by them throughout the entire process. Communication was right on target, and despite frequent emails of questions and concerns, they each were able to address everything to ease my nerves. Along the way, I found out that the experience was actually really awesome and it made me want to work with EC again. Luckily, I get to do just that, as I'm starting the process for my second donation. Exciting!

The staff at extrordinary conceptions are wonderful. I have experienced no more than a helping hand from such a loving and caring staff. I would recommend everyone who is thinking of doing surrogacy to go through extraordinary conceptions.
