The community is located in Carlsbad, Calif., and it replicates the mission-style architecture of the original 1929 structure. It offers resort style living with emphasis on health and wellness, and is located near restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. The area has more than seven miles of beaches, 150 acres of parks, three golf courses and several medical centers. The facility also offers residents a variety of art, wellness and learning programs. The community features a complete fitness center with massage and workout sessions under the supervision of a personal trainer.
