      Rovegno's of Carlisle, Inc. was founded in 1973 to perform weatherization and insulation services in response to skyrocketing energy costs caused by the first oil embargo by OPEC states. Throughout our company's history, we have remained committed to increasing our knowledge and skills in energy saving measures. We strive to translate that knowledge into saving our clients money. We are particularly proud that in doing so, we are assisting in preserving our environment by using recycled materials and reducing the release of greenhouse gases. Some of our Major Clients Include: PPL Since the 1980's we have weatherized over 4,600 homes under the PPL WRAP (Winter Relief Assistance Program). We have proudly been a leader among the program's sub-contractors for highest average energy savings per home. Dauphin County We have weatherized homes for the Dauphin County Weatherization Office using Federal ARRA (American Recovery and Re-investment Act) funds Cumberland & Franklin Counties We have weatherized more than 400 homes in Public Housing Projects in Cumberland and Franklin Counties as the sole weatherization contractor under PepCo Energy Company.
