We've been bringing our vehicles to this garage for a decade now and have always had positive experiences. The crew has been able to diagnose issues that my dealership fumbled with. We have been fairly treated, and have received prompt and professional care. Unlike other reviewers I have found the owner to be extremely moral and willing to go the extra mile to help.

only cares about the money, not accountable for services at all

ncredibly immoral owner!! I called at 11 o'clock at night when on my way home from Caribou to Fort Kent; I had a badly blown tire. I asked for a tow but mentioned that I had did have a donut in the trunk. After waiting an hour, the owner shows up with only a tow truck, put on the donut,which he mentions looked flat, but did not bring anything to fill the tire. Of course, even going 20 mph, the donut lasted less than 2 miles before completely popping. The owner knew full well that we had over 40 miles to drive through the woods couldnt have possibly believed that we were going to make it back, and abandoned us in the middle of the night as soon as he got his money. I had to call another company to tow us back to Fort Kent. He claimed that he had performed the services I asked for. Abandoning someone on a rural road in the middle of the night far from home with no way to make it back is not what I asked for. DO NOT TRUST!!

On a motorcycle trip thru Maine our front bearings went out in the middle of "no-where". Mr. Robertson drove over an hour on his birthday to come give us a tow. He even delivered us to a hotel, and drove us to the HD shop the next morning. He made an excellent tour guide on the ride back to town and even abled us to see our 1st moose in Maine. He turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a very pleasant time in Caribou. A superior family business! Keith L., Maryland
