we recently were told by our neighbor that our chimney was starting to crumble and pieces were actually falling onto his driveway,I imediatley contacted several chimney repair companys,within 15 minutes i was contacted by Billy from A-1 AFFORDABLE, I explained my situation and he was at our house within the hour,he explained that the safest avenue to take would be to take the chimney down to the roof and rebuild it as well as install a stainless steel liner to prevent further damage on the rest of the chimney which goes thru the house and could be putting deadly gases into our home, he quoted a price and left us his card,we then had two additional companys come out and give quotes, i must say Billys quote was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the others,so much so I called him back to make sure i had his quote correct,we went with A-1 AFFORDABLE and I must say they were fantastic,Billy walked us thru everything as it was being done,our chimney looks great and i couldnt be happier.THANKS
